Policies

Refund and Dispute Policy

At Aurify Technologies, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of service delivery. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, provide appropriate compensation or service adjustments.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication, we offer a structured dispute resolution process that includes third-party mediation if needed. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with consideration given to the nature of the service provided and the specific concerns raised.

Cancellation Policy

Projects may be canceled at any time, subject to the following terms:

Cancellations made before work has begun will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.
Cancellations made after work has begun but before 50% completion will be charged for work completed to date plus a 15% administrative fee.
Cancellations made after 50% project completion will be charged for work completed to date plus a 10% administrative fee.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@aurify.bio.

Terms and Conditions for Promotions

From time to time, Aurify Technologies may offer promotional discounts or special service packages. All promotions are subject to the following conditions:

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
Promotions have specific validity periods that will be clearly communicated.
Aurify Technologies reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
Promotional pricing applies only to services specified in the offer.
New clients taking advantage of promotional offers may be required to provide testimonials or case studies upon successful project completion.
